Today my friends and i went shopping in Jay Jays and were looking at the clothes. There was nobody else in the shop except for the rude cashier. She told us to get out of the shop as we were blocking " the way. We bought a shirt despite her rude unwelcoming manners. As we were walking out the security bars went off. She came and realized she couldn't do her job. If she focused more on doing her job and not being unpleasant i wouldn't be as mad. Overall

I went to the one in Morley, and the woman at front counter was very chatty and so sweet. We walked in with popcorn and she asked how our movie was and was telling us her experience watching it, super sweet and lovely, some of the best staff I've ever seen anywhere. Also spoke about the models used for the clothing and was just great at holding conversation, great people skills and just a great person in general.

I didn't get the name of the girl working this Monday morning but her customer service was great. We had lots of laughs and was just all round a pleasure!According to my receipt her name was Kathy. Props to Kathy for a lovely Monday morning shopping experience!

came in recently and was served by the assistant manager Tanya. She was absolutely wonderful, super helpful and knowledgeable of all product. While serving me, she was rudely interrupted by another patron and their screaming children, however she remained polite and calm and respectful to me and the rude woman. After providing exceptional service to her, she returned to me and helped me tremendously. if i could give more stars, i would. Please give this woman a raise or bonus for me as I can’t tip her, that’s how incredible her service to me was. 1million/10 will shop again with Tanya.

Fantastic service from Katherine, she was such a delight. I didn't know what to buy my mum for mothers day and she toured me around the store with such wisdom. She is a staple for how Jay' Jay's should be ran, a powerful stunning woman. Thank you Katherine !
